A Bit About Jessica

Jessica Northcutt is a professional dyslexia tutor who works with children throughout Georgia. She received her Orton-Gillingham Associate level certification from The Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators (AOGPE). She is also a certified early childhood educator and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a 4.0 GPA. Jessica has attended specific postgraduate training programs in dyslexia at Camperdown Academy. She recently received additional upper level Orton-Gillingham training at The Key School in North Carolina. Jessica is mentored by Heidi Bishop, a Fellow of the AOGPE and past President of the South Carolina Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA-SC).

Before starting Georgia Orton-Gillingham Tutoring, Jessica taught in public school, and most recently in a private school for children with dyslexia and other language learning differences. Jessica has been married to her husband, Paul, for 14 years. They have 2 precious young daughters and the coolest little pooch in the world!
